Juniper berries, coriander seed and angelica root form the classic foundation for our London Dry –Style Gin. The Citrus element comes from freshly peeled lime and pink grapefruit zest – unusually we use fresh peels rather than dried because of the greater quantity of essential oils. The final botanicals are cardamom seed and black peppercorn, to give a hint of spice.
TANQUERAY No 10 GIN
Tanqueray No. Ten Gin is distilled several times over with Tanqueray’s award-winning gin botanicals of refreshing juniper, peppery coriander, aromatic angelica and sweet liquorice. Whole citrus fruits, including limes, oranges and pink grapefruit are then added with chamomile flowers.

The unique recipe uses Tuscan juniper, Bulgarian coriander, Valencian orange peel and wild dried blueberries and blackberries. A carefully managed steeping and copper pot distillation method results in the highly distinctive and smooth taste. The traditional juniper notes act as a platform for the aromatic wild berries and the citrus kick to come to life.

Hand-crafted by the talented distilling team at Sipsmith, this Zesty Orange Gin pays homage to the classic London Dry style whilst dialling up the citrus. Fresh and dried orange peel combined with bergamot zest leaves you with a floral citrus and light warming spice on the nose and touches of sweet marmalade and cinnamon on the palate.
